Shanghai Yueyuechao Tube Manufacture Co.,Ltd.: invested RMB 0.12 Billion, was put into production in Shanghai Baoshan development Zone on March, 2005. It can produce the largest OD and WT LSAW steel pipe in east of China, annual structure steel pipe output achieve 60000MT.

There are one LSAW producing line and two heat expending lines. LSAW producing line adopts JCOE production engineering, can produce X70 and below steel grade, OD from 351MM to 1422MM, WT from 12 to 60MM single seam welded pipe, above 1422MM OD two seam welded pipe; also can produce above 400 X 400 mm square/rectangle, taper, polygon pipes etc product.

Heat expending line can supply OD 114~630mm, WT 4~30mm GrB and GrC steel grade different standard and offstandard steel pipe. We can make processing on order, seamless steel pipe heat expending, steel pipe descaling, varnish coating, short distance transporting etc assorting service.

Above product can be wide used into airport, exhibition center and sports center, used for structure, bridge, tower, ship, high building pillar structure, pilling, port machine structure, wind power tower, printing machine, weave machine, transmission axis etc process steel pipe.

At present, our part of product have already used into Beijing Capital Airport, Tianjin Olympic center, Nantong Sports center, Hefei Sports center, 610 meters Guangzhou TV Tower, Shanghai South Railway Station, Lasa Railway Station, province major project and Tanzania National Sports Center, Samoya Swimming Center, Ethiopia Plane Maintenance warehouse and other oversea projects.

   Jiangyin Yueyuechao manufacture tube company ltd: Invested 80 million RMB, it’s built in Jiangsu province Jiangyin city, Xiake town and put into province in June, 2006, which specialized in producing round, square, and all kinds of precision and hot roll seamless pipe. Among them, the annual producing achievement of cold roll pipes is 80 thousand metric ton and the new invested hot roll line ability could reach 150 thousand metric ton.

The company is covering workshop acreage 33500 with employers 280, 25 middle and high professional technician and managing persons and 198 technician.

With high-tech equipment and abundant technique power, the company has built professional physical examination center and passed ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certificate. At present, the company own two inclined based tube heat furnaces, three sets hot drown card punch, 5 up to 300 tons hydraulic pressure drawberch, chain drawberch, two heat treatment heat furnace, four straightener and examination, whirlpool examination, spectroscope, dynamo and chemical equipment such as hydraulic pressure, ultrasonic examination, whirlpool examination, spectroscope, dynamo and chemical equipments. According to national standard and international standard, we can produce 4mm---426mm diameter and 1mm---20mm wall thickness, 10#, 20#, 35#, 45#, GR.C, 20MN2, 25MN5, 34CRMO4 all kinds of tubes using of common carbon, dilute alloy steel and alloy precision cold drawn seamless steel tubes, square rectangle tubes and all allotype tubes.

Water, gas and oil pipe line, mechanical workout, hydraulic ram, hydraulic prop, extinguisher, petroleum, petrifaction, electrical power, building and construction machinery, auto car bridge, port machine structure, bridge steel structure and etc business and facilities. In Hangzhou, Jiangyin, Nanjin, Tianjin and Wuxi city, we have the sales office. There also established 4 sales distributions in Xiangshan, Jiangwan, Luolan and Baoshan district of Shanghai.
